Lonsteel Tanzania Holdings Limited is a professional manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production and sales of welding electrodes and other building materials in Tanzania. With stable factory production capacity and local market layout, our products are widely applied in hardware, construction, and industrial engineering fields. To support our rapid business expansion, we are now seeking a passionate and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our Mikozeni office team.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for market development, customer expansion, and sales promotion of welding electrodes and hardware products in Dar es Salaam and surrounding areas.
- Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with local hardware stores, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Collect local hardware market dynamics, competitor information, and customer demands, and submit regular market reports.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets formulated by the company.
- Follow up customer inquiries, provide product quotations and after-sales communication, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously learn product knowledge, industry trends, and sales skills to support business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university; University of Dar es Salaam graduates are highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the local hardware and building materials sales industry, with mature market operation experience.
- Familiar with the distribution, operation, and resource information of hardware stores in Dar es Salaam local market.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient in local language and English for daily business negotiation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, positive working attitude, and strong willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Good market insight, customer development ability, and team cooperation spirit.
