Job Summary:
The Sales and Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing total revenue across all streams (rooms, F&B, events, and farm products). This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance aggressive sales targets with yield optimization to ensure the property achieves its financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy:
Develop and implement pricing strategies (yield management) for hotel rooms, event spaces, and farm-to-table dining experiences based on demand forecasting and market trends.
Sales Generation:
Identify and secure new business opportunities through corporate partnerships, tour operators, and direct sales efforts. Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Prepare annual revenue budgets and monthly forecasts. Analyze variances and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Channel Management:
Oversee distribution channels (OTAs, GDS, direct booking engines) to ensure rate parity and optimal visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agents to ensure repeat business.
Reporting:
Generate weekly and monthly revenue reports for senior management, highlighting KPIs such as RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily Rate), and total RevPAR.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, revenue management, or a similar commercial role.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Property Management Systems (PMS).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to market fluctuations.
