Responsibilities

Requirements

• Assist in Parts & Service Merchandising Programs & support parts & service merchandising activities.
• Perform Undercarriage Inspections & inspect equipment undercarriage to identify maintenance needs.
• Actively Manage Collections & follow up customer payments while managing outstanding balances.
• Manage Invoices & Payments & maintain invoices, payments & related client records.
• Maintain Sales Materials & keep sales materials accurate, updated & available.
• Collect & Analyze Market Information & collect market data for sales & inventory planning.

• IT Skills & Good computer skills.
• Communication & Negotiation & Strong customer skills.

• Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in commercial or marketing management functions.
• Heavy Equipment Sales atleast 3+ years.
• Product Support & Parts & service knowledge.
• Commercial & Marketing & Business development experience.
