Role Overview

The Sales Agent will actively market and sell PesaDesk products and services to potential customers. The role requires someone who is confident in approaching customers, explaining products and services, building strong customer relationships and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell PesaDesk products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct field marketing and sales activities to generate leads.
• Explain product features, benefits and pricing clearly to customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and feedback on market activities.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant market information with management.
• Maintain a professional image when representing PesaDesk

Requirements

• Experience in Selling & Marketing is required.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, energetic and results-oriented.
• Willingness to undertake field sales and marketing activities.
• Basic knowledge of using smartphones and digital communication tools.
