Job Summary
The Marketing & Events Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Bravo Coco Beach’s marketing strategy while creating and managing a calendar of premium events, corporate functions, lifestyle experiences, brand activations, entertainment, and private events.
The successful candidate will help strengthen the brand’s visibility, attract the right audiences, build lasting relationships, create memorable experiences, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Brand Management
- Develop and execute the annual marketing and events strategy.
- Ensure all marketing activities reflect Bravo Coco Beach’s premium brand positioning.
- Develop campaigns to increase customer traffic and encourage repeat business.
- Monitor marketing performance and return on investment (ROI).
2. Events Planning and Management
- Build and manage a strong events calendar.
- Develop premium corporate, lifestyle, entertainment, and private events.
- Drive event bookings and revenue generation.
- Manage event budgets and profitability.
- Create memorable experiences that strengthen customer engagement.
3. Partnerships and Business Development
- Develop strategic corporate and brand partnerships.
- Identify sponsorship and commercial opportunities.
- Build relationships with corporates, brands, media organizations, influencers, and key personalities.
4. Digital Marketing and Communications
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and social media campaigns.
- Oversee content creation, photography, videography, and brand storytelling.
- Manage influencers, media engagement, and public relations.
- Stay informed about content creation practices and social media trends.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, Events Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in marketing, hospitality, events, lifestyle, entertainment, or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing successful events and marketing campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
- Excellent corporate networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of content creation and social media trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong appreciation of premium branding and customer experience.
