CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute customer loyalty strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of loyalty and rewards programs.
- Design customer engagement campaigns to improve: Acquisition, Retention, Usage
- Monitor program performance and recommend enhancements to increase effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless customer experience across all loyalty touchpoints.
- Develop attractive reward structures and redemption mechanisms.
- Analyze: Customer behavior, Engagement, Redemption patterns, Program effectiveness
- Plan and execute loyalty and partner-driven marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively.
