JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
1. Loan Origination and Sales
- Identify and acquire new clients through field activities, referrals, and branch walk-ins
- Promote loan products and explain terms clearly to prospective customers
- Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement targets
2. Client Assessment and Credit Analysis
- Conduct client screening and affordability assessments
- Collect and verify required documentation
- Perform field visits for client verification where necessary
- Ensure all applications meet credit policy and risk standards
3. Loan Processing and Disbursement
- Prepare and submit complete loan applications for approval
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing
- Ensure proper documentation before disbursement
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide after-sales support and handle client inquiries
- Encourage repeat business and client referrals
5. Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports to the supervisor
Requirements
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- 0-1 years of experience
- Basic credit analysis and risk assessment ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office)
