JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications required:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent diploma) in human development, human rights/law or another directly related discipline.
• In its absence, the bachelor’s degree can be replaced by 5 years of professional experience in one or more of these fields, in addition to the minimum general professional experience;
• Excellent command of English (C1/C2 level). Fluency in French and/or Spanish will be considered an asset (at least B2 level).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in youth participation and engagement;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in development cooperation;
• Excellent knowledge of project management and/or implementation in a development cooperation context as evidenced by at least 3 references. Specific professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in youth participation and engagement, working with young people and youth organisations;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in development cooperation;
• Professional experience in conducting research and drafting reports as evidenced by at least 3 references;
• Professional experience in monitoring projects and/or conducting evaluations within EU programmes will be considered an asset.
