Background
Chuo cha Uhasibu Arusha (IAA) is seeking to fill two positions for Assistant Lecturers in Accounting and Finance. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality education up to the Bachelor Degree level (NTA level 8).
Duties and Responsibilities
- To lecture up to NTA level 8 (Bachelor Degree);
- To prepare learning resources for the tutorial exercises;
- To conduct research, seminars and case studies;
- To carry out consultancy and community services under close supervision;
- To supervise students project and research;
- To prepare teaching manual; and
- To perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Holder of Bachelor Degree (GPA 3.5) and Master Degree (GPA 3.8) in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance from recognized institutions.

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
