Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing, examining, and maintaining accurate financial records and accounting documents.
- Preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitoring the company's financial transactions and ensuring proper documentation.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring timely processing of payments.
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts, and financial records.
- Preparing financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Supporting budgeting, financial planning, and auditing processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Practical experience in preparing financial statements.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality.
