COMPANY OVERVIEW
SIKAF Eye Care is an Eye Health Centre that is about to be Opened earlier on February 2021 at
Kamata Corner, Kariakoo Dar es Salaam. We are in the Health field to examine, diagnose, treat
and manage diseases, injuries and disorders of the eye. We are also in the business to
prescribe and sell eyeglasses, contact lenses and vision therapy.
We have standard facility that is highly suitable for the provision of Eye health services while
we also always ensure that in the line of carrying out our duty, we comply with the laws and
health regulations of Tanzania.
SIKAF Eye Care is here by inviting application from suitable Qualified Candidates to
immediately fill in the following Vacant Position before 30/01/2021.
POSITION
A: NURSE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Monitering & Administering Eye Medications to the Patients.
? Providing Emotional Support to Patients & Relatives.
? Writing & Filling Patient Records.
? Clients Health Insurance Management.
? Assists an Optometrist and Opthalmologist in treating patients.
? Responsible for cleaning the Opthalmic Equipments.
? Ensure that the Clinic is in a Healthy Manner.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
? Female
? Certificate in Nursing from a recognized Institution
? Registered by the Nursing Council of Tanzania.
? Excellent Written and Oral communication skills in Swahili and English.
? Competency in Computer applications: word, excel and Power Point.
? Knowledge of File Management and other administrative procedures
B: RECEPTIONIST
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? A bridge of communication (center of Customer Care).
? Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular communications.
? Serves visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately.
? Keeps the office safe and clean.
? Present, promote and sell products.
? Receiving all credit and debit and recording them into ledger book.
? Assisting the Marketing Manager in Marketing.
? Order front Office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
? Female.
? A level of Education that is not less than an Ordinary Level.
? Excellent Written and Oral communication skills in Swahili and English.
? Competency in Computer applications: word, excel and Power Point.
? Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
