JOB DETAILS:
Laboratory Officer Grade II

Qualifications of applicants
• Must have a first degree in the field of Health Laboratories (Medical Laboratory Scientist) from a college recognized by the Government Zanzibar revolution
• Must have completed practical training (internship)
• Be registered with the Board of Health Laboratory Professionals.

Responsibilities
• Inspecting and taking samples that require special expertise or additional special investigations in other Health laboratories and research.
• Maintaining records and laboratory equipment
• Help Provide advice, conduct or share different surveys.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and reagents.
• Supervising employees under him in their work performance daily with technicians (Biomedical Engineering)
• Teaching students in various Health institutions, for studies compatible with the laboratory profession
• Giving advice to areas that concern him

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
