Job Summary
Bravo Coco Beach is seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest-facing and back-of-house areas.
The successful candidate must be hands-on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality excellence, ensuring that all areas remain clean, safe, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
- Ensure restaurants, beachfront areas, terraces, decks, event spaces, washrooms, and public areas remain spotless and ready for guests.
- Conduct regular inspections throughout operating hours to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Maintain exceptional washroom cleanliness and ensure amenities are continuously replenished.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate housekeeping responsibilities among team members.
- Ensure venues are properly cleaned and prepared before events and Sunday Brunch.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff on professional cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
- Control cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment, and consumables.
- Identify and promptly report maintenance defects and safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to operational cleaning requirements and guest concerns.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, premium restaurant, beach club, or similar hospitality environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of professional cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
- Strong organizational skills, discipline, and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
