Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree

Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience

Job Purpose

To handle, prepare, compute, manage and analyze all accounting data. To also ensure all Financial policies and procedures are properly adhered to as well as handled Office management, Human Resources, Procurement, and Logistics Tasks

Job Qualification/Experience

  • Minimum University degree in Accounting or Business Management
  • Minimum of Five years experience in general accounting, administration, and logistics including program/project financial management
  • Ability to put in place and implement internal financial control systems and tools
  • Ensures proper accounting for the company
  • Ensures all Human Resources policies and procedures are properly adhered to
  • Strong interest and commitment to eye health
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
