Salary Currency: Tanzanian Shilling

  • Develop, design and maintain a training program for shop teams, customer service, finance, franchisee, and Wakalas.
  • Perform monthly refresher courses
  • Ensure all training needs are met and rectify
  • Ensure we are operating within company terms & conditions
  • Follow and adhere to all company policies
  • Expected to perform any reasonable management request
  • Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
  • Deploy a wide variety of training methods
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, Developments and best practices
