The company is seeking a highly organized, commercially minded, and experienced Procurement Officer to support the smooth and efficient operation of the destination.
Job Summary
The Procurement Officer will manage the end-to-end procurement process for food, beverages, housekeeping, maintenance, events, and general supplies. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive prices, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
The role will also support cost control and procurement activities for special events, including brunches, weddings, corporate functions, and other major activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement process for food, beverages, housekeeping, maintenance, events, and general supplies.
- Source and evaluate reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive prices and terms.
- Obtain and analyze quotations while ensuring procurement transparency and value for money.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Food and Beverage (F&B), Stores, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Events, and Finance departments.
- Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery standards.
- Maintain accurate purchase orders, procurement records, and supporting documentation.
- Support cost control and ensure procurement activities remain within approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with Bravo Coco Beach procurement policies and procedures.
- Support procurement activities for special events, brunches, weddings, corporate functions, and other major activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: Three to five years of relevant procurement experience.
- Industry Experience: Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, resorts, or food and beverage (F&B) operations is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost-control skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement procedures and inventory management.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
- Professional Certification: CPSP or CIPS certification is an added advantage.
