The role of Assets Maintenance Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, contributing directly to the guest experience. We are seeking individuals who are not only technically proficient but also possess a strong commitment to service excellence and a passion for the tourism industry.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same role.
- Proven experience in maintenance and tourism background (specifically in lodge/camp operations).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant technical qualification in maintenance, engineering, hospitality management, or a related field.
