Procurement and Stores Officer
Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory management.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Receive, inspect and issue stock.
- Monitor supplier performance, stock levels and delivery timelines.
- Conduct regular stock counts.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or Stores Management.
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong negotiation, record-management and inventory-control skills.
- Membership in a recognized procurement body is an advantage.
