Background
This role is for a Kids Indoor Playground Manager at City Mall, a prominent shopping destination. The manager will be responsible for the overall operation and success of the indoor playground.
Responsibilities
The primary duties include managing staff, ensuring a safe environment for children and customers, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves reconciling daily revenue, coordinating parties and events, and overseeing operational targets and necessary repairs.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess a relevant diploma or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, with a focus on team leadership, is required. Strong reporting and customer service skills are essential for this position.
Work Schedule
The position involves shift work, which includes weekends and public holidays.
