Job Purpose
To prepare and present high-quality food in accordance with established recipes, menu specifications, presentation standards, and food safety requirements. The successful candidates will contribute to efficient kitchen operations, consistent food quality, and high levels of guest satisfaction within their respective areas of specialization.

Laryan Company Limited invites applications from culinary professionals with relevant skills and expertise in one of the following areas:
Hot Kitchen Chef
Responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of hot dishes in accordance with approved recipes, menu specifications, and established quality standards. The role requires proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, sautéing, roasting, and other relevant methods, as well as the ability to maintain consistency in taste, food quality, portion control, and presentation. The successful candidate must demonstrate a good understanding of ingredient preparation, kitchen organization, food safety, and efficient hot kitchen operations.
Qualifications and Competencies
- A Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Pastry, or a related field is an advantage.
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in the specific area of specialization applied for: Hot Kitchen, Pizza, or Pastry.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of the relevant cooking, baking, or food production techniques.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and quality control standards.
- Basic to good English communication skills, with the ability to understand kitchen instructions, recipes, and operational procedures.
- Strong teamwork, time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- High standards of personal hygiene, professionalism, discipline, and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in accordance with operational requirements.
