Kibo Palace Hotels & Resorts is a hospitality company providing accommodation and guest services. The company is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join its team in Moshi.
The successful candidate will support daily hotel operations by managing guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations, processing payments, and ensuring that guests receive professional and welcoming service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, check-out, and throughout each guest’s stay.
- Respond promptly, efficiently, and courteously to guest enquiries and requests.
- Handle reservation enquiries received by telephone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain professionalism and comply with procedures relating to guest confidentiality and company policies.
- Perform front office operational tasks, including securing payments and issuing room keys.
- Follow established procedures for credit and cash transactions and accurately post relevant charges to guest accounts.
- Support guest bookings and reservations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build positive and memorable relationships with guests and hotel team members.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the front office and the overall guest experience.
