• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Should be able to prepare continental food, local dishes, and Asian cuisine
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment, and dishes
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques
• Handle and store ingredients and food. Control food stock and food cost.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Come up with creative and tasty menu ideas

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices
• Advanced knowledge of food safety and hygiene policies as well as equipment for cleanliness
• Good verbal communication and leadership skills
• Have self-discipline and motivation
