Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities.
• Supervise factory personnel and ensure effective manpower allocation and discipline.
• Prepare production and operational reports and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Monitor machinery utilization, material consumption, production costs, wastage, and downtime.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce operational losses.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance factory efficiency and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications, Software Applications, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
