Job Qualifications/Experience
- A degree in Banking, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related course
- Team Building/Conflict Management skills
- Leadership, coaching, organization, and coordination skills
- A minimum of 10 years experience in a commercial bank of which at least 5 years should have been at Head of Department or Senior Management level in a banking sector
- Professional qualification CPA (T), ACCA or equivalent along with aa relevant Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Competencies in IFRS provisions & compliance,& financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring thereof
- Decision maker, problem solver, analytical ability & good numeric skills including use of automated solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
