YOU Spices Enterprise is the private agricultural company legitimately registered in Tanzania Mainland. The company foremost focus is on production, value addition and marketing of horticultural crops and cereals.
The company also, provides agricultural consultations, installation of Agricultural technologies and advisory services to farmers and other actors along the food and agriculture value chains.

NB: Experience in cereals and horticultural production is an added advantage
Qualifications:
• Must possess a diploma/certificate of the following disciplines from any reputable training institution; Horticulture/Agriculture General/Crops Science
• Must have at least two years of experience working with farmers/managing farm operations
• Additional courses in business management/administration is an added advantage
• Flexibility, initiative, good communication and commercial awareness
• Willingness to work overtime as required

Duties:
• Making and implementing production plans throughout the season
• Ensuring efficiency in farm operations through effective manpower management
• Properly keeping farm records
• Budgeting and maintaining accurate farm finances
• Training, instructing and supervising farm workers
• Organizing and maintaining farm equipment and machinery
• Ensuring seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and other supplies are regularly restocked
• Perform and supervise seed multiplications
