Personal Assistant to the Chairman
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. The candidate should be able to travel with public transport when required.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
• Schedule travel, accomodation, transport
• Planning/Organizing events/conferences
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Reminding the Executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing,Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing Database and filing systems
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff,suppliers and clients
• Collating and filing expenses

Academic Qualifications:
Any relevant Degree (i.e Law, Communications and Political Science)
