Job Purpose

To administer office and ensure the smooth running of the company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to organize and plan daily/weekly workload, meet deadlines and be punctual
  • Front desk management
  • Experience in logistics, procurement, office supplies and stationery
  • Ensure meetings/conferences and workshops are well organized
  • Calendar management
  • General administrative assignments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent two to three years’ management experience in an office setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and phone systems
  • Fluency in English and Swahili language is required
